Pastor
A pastor's responsibilities or duties are given in several key passages in the New Testament. The most important duty of a pastor is to work hard at preaching and teaching. By his sermons and his teaching, he shows his love to God and to the congregation. When the Bible is taught book-by-book and verse-by-verse, Christians will be warned about sin, be encouraged in the faith, learn how to live the Christian life, and best of all discover the character of God.
The role of the Pastor is to lead and feed the flock of God. Ephesians 4:11 The gift of Pastor is Pastor even teacher. The Pastor must have the gift of teaching. Since, God is the One Who gives the gift, then God is the One Who calls someone into the Pastorate. Many people worry about the number of degrees a Pastor has or who has licensed or ordained them. We need to worry did God call them. We do not take on our own initiative to be a Pastor. There are too many filling pulpits that do not have the gift and calling from God. The Pastor must be called by God filled with the Holy Spirit Who anoints the Word and the Word of God will not return void without doing what God has sent forth for it to do. John 21:15-19 Jesus instructed Peter to “Feed my sheep.”
"He that descended is the same also that ascended up far above all heavens, that he might fill all things. And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers; For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ: Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ." (Ephesians 4:10-13)

three categories of faith: to Exalt the Son, Edify the Body, and Evangelize the World.

Reach out to non-Christians in love. The primary focus here will be training the church youth to reach out to their non-Christian friends. Also, encourage church youth to seriously examine their own hearts with regard to whether they are saved, and give ample opportunities for them to receive Christ. Promote a world vision among the youth through youth services.
“Remember now thy Creator in the days of thy youth, while the evil days come not, nor the years draw nigh…” Ecclesiastes 12:1
Elders' Board
They are men of knowledge, experience, and wisdom to whom the members of the Body can appeal for a "Thus sayeth the Lord" to vital questions and issues facing the church (Acts 15:2, 6; 16:4). They made judgments and decisions which were to be followed. They did not do so, however, without the input
of the congregation (Acts 15:4, 22).
They are guardians of the flock (Acts 20:28-31; Hebrews 13:17). The word "overseer" (Acts 20:28; I Peter 5:2) can also be rendered "guardian; one who watches over protectively." To "rule" (I Timothy 5:17) can also signify "to watch over with concern; care for, guard, render aid."
These are the duties of elders as set forth in the New Testament writings. This is what God expects from His shepherds.

Young men likewise exhort to be sober minded. In all things shewing thyself a pattern of good works: in doctrine [shewing] uncorruptness, gravity, sincerity, Sound speech, that cannot be condemned; that he that is of the contrary part may be ashamed, having no evil thing to say of you."

An evangelist is one of those placed by Christ to build up his people (Ephesians 4:11-13). Hence, a preacher must teach Christians how to live in accordance with God's will (I Timothy 4:11-13).
He gives encouragement to fellow Christians, exhorting them to do what is right (I Timothy 4).
"But watch thou in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist,

And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth."
Genesis 1: 27-28
Usher’s Board
When a person is called to be a church usher he/she is a greeter of worshippers, making every attempt to help them feel welcome and at ease;
Maintaining order and respect of ministry. Distributes materials related to the service/meeting and escorts members and guests to and from their seats.
Shortly after Pentecost, the gift of hospitality (Romans 12:13, I Timothy 3:2, I Peter 4:9) was first exercised specifically for the church and those whom Christ died to save. As believers praised God, they had favor with people. Their love for one another attracted others to their fellowship and “the Lord added to the church daily such as should be saved” (Acts 2:47).
When people come to church they are sometimes burdened, sad or discouraged. Each person, member or newcomer, comes with the hope that the Sabbath will be an experience of uplift and inspiration, a time of renewal and celebration. The skillful usher helps to make this a reality for those in attendance.
Although an usher’s love should be no stronger than is the love found in the rest of the body of Christ, nevertheless the usher performs a major role in ensuring that people see and experience that love. In Christ, you have received God’s unconditional love, and, in Christ, you are called to extend that same unconditional love to others. The ministry of ushering is one of the most crucial because it is one of the most visible in the church.
